The research aims to examine the decision Number: 2 / Pid.Sus.Anak / 2018 / PN.Mrs regarding the crime of Narcotics committed by minors. The author uses a research method with a normative legal approach, because he wants to research and study the applicable legal products. and regulates about minors who use Narcotics. To support the objectivity of the issues to be discussed, secondary data relating to the problem is used, namely books and various other documents. How is legal protection for minors who use Narcotics, namely Legal protection for children in the court process in general with narcotics cases, namely the difference lies in the testimony of witnesses, in this narcotics case the trial can be heard and attended by the child defendant then the punishment is based on the law Law No. 35 of 2009 concerning narcotics, and also the provision of rehabilitation for the child accused in this narcotics case.
